Religious Convictions Disclaimer
J&M Moments Photography is a Christian-based business and reserves the right to respectfully decline sessions that conflict with our religious beliefs and convictions, including but not limited to same-sex couples or events that go against our biblical worldview. We believe in treating every individual with respect and love, and we will do our best to refer you to another photographer if we are unable to accept your session.
Liability
J&M Moments Photography is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during a session. While all care is taken with equipment and backups, in the rare event of technical failure, liability is limited to a refund or rescheduling of the session.
Policies
Image Delivery & Usage
Images are delivered via a private online gallery.
Clients may download, print, and share their photos for personal use.
J&M Moments retains the copyright to all images and may use them for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time and communicate clearly before the session. Sessions delayed due to client tardiness may result in reduced session time.
Policies
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If a session is canceled without proper notice, the deposit is forfeited.
In case of severe weather or emergency, J&M Moments Photography will work to reschedule at no additional cost.
Turnaround Time
Galleries will be delivered within as soon as possible after the session.
Sneak peeks may be shared within a few days on social media with client consent.
